This policy explains what information Master of Your Domain NM ("we," "us") collects through https://masterofyourdomainnm.com, and how it's used. - Contact form submissions: name, email address, project type, and any message you send us.
- Free site check requests: your website address, email, and (optionally) your name and any notes.
- Project worksheet submissions: the answers you give about your business and project, your contact details, and any logo or brand files you upload. While you fill it out, your progress is saved in your own browser (not on our servers) so you can pick up where you left off; that draft expires after 14 days and is cleared when you submit.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected automatically for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Analytics (if enabled): aggregated, privacy-respecting usage data such as page views and referral sources.
How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form, site check, or project worksheet is used only to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
A few service providers handle that information on our behalf: the site's hosting provider (Vercel), an email delivery service (Resend) that forwards submissions to us, and Airtable, where worksheet submissions and uploaded files are kept so we can prepare your proposal.
Cookies & tracking
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated to describe them.
Data retention & security
Contact form, site check, and worksheet submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to and manage your inquiry. The site is served over HTTPS and configured with standard security headers to help protect data in transit.
Your choices
You can request that we delete any information you've submitted by emailing hello@masterofyourdomainnm.com.
